  1. 250 Golden Tiger Pork Siew Mai (53074)
  2. 2 gal . Sesame Dressing
  3. 12 lbs. Lettuce, shredded
  4. 3 lbs. Red Onions, shaved
  5. 5 lbs. Cucumbers, sliced thin
  6. 4 lbs. Tomatoes, sliced
  7. 1 c. Sesame Seeds, toasted
Instructions
  1. Preheat fryer 350°F.
  2. Toss lettuce, onions, tomatoes, and cucumbers with sesame dressing.
  3. Fry Golden Tiger Pork Siew Mai according to package directions.
  4. Serve 5 Golden Tiger Pork Siew Mai over 4 ½ oz. of salad; garnished with toasted sesame seeds.
