Kung Pao Chicken Egg Rolls
- 4 Golden Tiger Chicken Egg Rolls #54411, cooked according to package directions
- 3 cups Soft udon noodles
- 3 cups Vegetable blend
- ⅓ cup Kung Pao sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Cooking oil
- In a sauté pan or wok, heat oil over medium.
- Stir-fry vegetables for 5-8 minutes.
- Add noodles and Kung Pao sauce, tossing to coat dish evenly. Let cook another 3-5 minutes more, until heated thoroughly.
- Serve noodles topped with Golden Tiger Chicken Egg Rolls.
