Mushroom Spring Rolls with Sundried Tomato Sauce and Goat Cheese
- 4 Golden Tiger Mushroom and Vegetable Spring Rolls #56803, prepared according to package directions
- 1 cup Marinara Sauce
- ¼ cup Sundried tomatoes
- ½ tsp. Italian seasoning
- ¼ cup Red wine
- ⅓ cup Goat cheese
- In a medium sized pot on low heat, cook the marinara, sundried tomatoes, spices and red wine until warmed through, about 6 to 8 minutes.
- Plate the just cooked Golden Tiger Mushroom and Vegetable Spring Rolls alongside a bowl of the marinara sauce and garnish with goat cheese.
