Peanut and Chicken Spring Rolls
  1. 4 Golden Tiger Chicken Spring Rolls #53959, cooked according to package directions
  2. ½ cup Peanuts
  3. 1 Tbsp. Sriracha
  4. 2 Tbsp. Lime juice
  5. 2 Tbsp. Chopped mint
  1. Preheat oven to 350° Fahrenheit.
  2. Toss peanut with sriracha until evenly coated.
  3. Roast peanuts on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 8-10 minutes.
  4. Remove peanuts from the oven, allow to cool, about 10 minutes.
  5. Roughly chop peanuts and combine with lime juice and mint.
  6. Serve peanut chutney over Golden Tiger Chicken Spring Rolls.
