Ingredients
  1. 150 Golden Tiger Pork Siew Mai (53074)
  2. 10 lb. Asian Slaw (Carrots, Broccoli, Red Cabbage)
  3. 3 ½ c. Sweet Chili Sauce
  4. 1 c. Lime Juice
  5. 17 Baguettes, cut into 3/ 6” pieces
Instructions
  1. Preheat fryer to 350°F.
  2. Toss Asian broccoli slaw with the sweet chili sauce and add lime juice.
  3. Fry Golden Tiger Pork Siew Mai according to package directions.
  4. Serve 3 Golden Tiger Pork Siew Mai in a sliced baguette lined with slaw.
