Ingredients
  1. 150 Golden Tiger Mini Pork Potstickers (52955)
  2. 2 lbs. Green Pepper, sliced
  3. 2 lbs. Red Pepper, sliced
  4. 2 lbs. Red Onion, julienned
  5. 2 lbs. Zucchini, halved and sliced
  6. 4 c. Hoisin Sauce
  7. ¾ c. Garlic, minced
Instructions
  1. Sauté vegetables with garlic.
  2. Steam Golden Tiger Mini Pork Potstickers according to package directions.
  3. Toss Golden Tiger Mini Pork Potstickers with hoisin sauce to coat.
  4. Serve 3 Golden Tiger Mini Pork Potstickers on top of 3 oz. of sautéed vegetables.
